Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 100 YEARS LATER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
We are committed to protecting user privacy and providing clear information about how user-provided content, including photos and videos, is handled.
1. Key Privacy Points
Before reading the full policy, here are the key points:
- We do not collect, create, store, or use face templates, face geometry, face landmarks, face embeddings, biometric identifiers, or any data used to identify or authenticate a person based on their face.
- Users may voluntarily upload photos or videos to use our editing, enhancement, or AI generation features. These files may contain faces, but they are used only as input files to provide the feature requested by the user.
- We do not use user-provided photos or videos for face recognition, biometric identification, user authentication, advertising profiling, tracking, or model training.
- We use third-party cloud infrastructure and processing providers, including Amazon Web Services, to process photos and videos and provide the requested app functionality.
- User-provided photos and videos are temporarily stored in the cloud for a limited period of 24 to 48 hours for processing, performance optimization, lower bandwidth usage, and allowing users to make additional changes to recently selected files.
- After this limited period, user-provided photos and videos are automatically deleted from our cloud systems.
- Users may also delete cloud data immediately in the app’s Settings menu by choosing Remove Cloud Data or a similar data deletion option.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate, improve, and provide our Services.
2.1 User-Provided Photos and Videos
When you choose to use photo or video editing, enhancement, restoration, AI generation, or related features, you may voluntarily select or upload photos or videos from your device.
These files may include images of people, faces, pets, objects, backgrounds, or other personal content. We use these files only to provide the specific feature or result requested by you.
You are not required to upload photos or videos unless you choose to use features that require them.
2.2 Generated Results
We may temporarily store the output results generated from your uploaded photos or videos so that you can view, download, save, or continue editing them.
2.3 Purchase and Subscription Information
If you make purchases or subscribe through the App Store, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your full payment card details.
We may receive limited transaction-related information from Apple, such as subscription status, purchase status, refund status, entitlement status, coins, credits, or generated service usage, only as needed to provide paid features, restore purchases, prevent abuse, process refunds, and maintain accurate account or entitlement records.
2.4 Technical, Diagnostic, and Usage Information
We may collect limited technical information needed to operate and improve the Services, such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, error logs, request status, feature usage, and general performance data.
This information helps us troubleshoot issues, improve service quality, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain the safety and reliability of the Services.
2.5 Advertising and Analytics Information
If our apps include advertising, analytics, attribution, or crash reporting services, those third-party providers may collect limited device, advertising, usage, or diagnostic information according to their own privacy practices.
We do not share user-provided photos, videos, generated results, or face-related content with advertising providers for advertising, tracking, profiling, or marketing purposes.
3. Face Data and Biometric Data
We do not collect face data.
Specifically, we do not collect, create, store, or use:
- face templates;
- face geometry;
- face landmarks;
- face embeddings;
- biometric identifiers;
- biometric authentication data;
- face recognition data; or
- any data used to identify or authenticate a person based on their face.
User-provided photos or videos may contain faces. However, these files are treated only as user-provided input content for the editing, enhancement, restoration, or AI generation task requested by the user.
We do not use face data for:
- face recognition;
- biometric identification;
- user authentication;
- identity verification;
- advertising profiling;
- tracking;
- model training;
- selling or renting user data; or
- any unrelated purpose.
Because we do not collect separate face data, we do not separately store, retain, share, sell, or disclose face data.

We use collected information only for the following purposes:
- to provide the editing, enhancement, restoration, AI generation, or other app features requested by the user;

- to improve the safety, reliability, and quality of the Services; and
- to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.
We do not use user-provided photos or videos for advertising, tracking, profiling, biometric identification, or model training.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to help operate the Services.
These providers may include:
- cloud infrastructure providers, including Amazon Web Services;
- AI processing or media processing service providers, including Google LLC and OpenAI, L.L.C.;
- payment and subscription platforms, including Apple; and
- crash reporting, analytics, attribution, or advertising providers, if enabled in the app.
Third-party cloud and AI processing providers process user-provided photos and videos only on our behalf and only for the purpose of delivering the app functionality requested by the user.
We do not permit these providers to use user-provided photos, videos, generated results, or face-related content for their own advertising, tracking, profiling, biometric identification, or unrelated purposes.
5.1 AI Processing and User-Provided Content
When you choose to use an AI editing feature and provide explicit consent, we process the photos, videos, and text prompts that you voluntarily select or enter. This content is collected directly from you when you submit an AI generation request.
The content is encrypted in transit and transmitted to our servers hosted by Amazon Web Services, Inc. (“AWS”). Depending on the selected AI feature, it may also be shared with Google LLC or OpenAI, L.L.C. solely to generate the result requested by you.
We do not use user-provided photos, videos, prompts, or generated results for advertising, user profiling, or AI model training. Input and generated files may be temporarily retained for up to 48 hours for processing, delivery, security, and service recovery purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.
Our service providers are contractually required to process this data only on our instructions and to provide the same or an equivalent level of privacy and security protection described in this Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your data through Settings > Remove Cloud Data at any time.
6. Storage and Retention
User-provided photos and videos may be temporarily stored on cloud servers operated by our service providers, including Amazon Web Services and other processing providers used to deliver the requested feature.
Photos, videos, and generated results are retained only for a limited period of 24 to 48 hours for:
- completing the requested processing or generation task;
- improving performance;
- reducing bandwidth usage;
- allowing users to make additional changes to recently selected files;
- helping users download or save recently generated results; and
- troubleshooting failed or incomplete processing tasks.
After this limited retention period, user-provided photos, videos, and generated results are automatically deleted from our cloud systems.
7. User Deletion Controls
Users can delete cloud data immediately through the app’s Settings menu by choosing Remove Cloud Data or a similar data deletion option.
Once the deletion request is completed, the related cloud data will be removed from our cloud systems, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, refund processing, or dispute resolution purposes.
8. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell user-provided photos, videos, generated results, or face-related content.
We may share limited information only in the following situations:
8.1 Service Providers
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, payment, or security providers.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us.
8.2 Legal Compliance and Safety
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Company, or others.
8.3 Apple Purchase and Refund Processing
When users request refunds, restore purchases, use subscriptions, or use coins or credits, we may share or receive limited purchase and usage information with Apple as needed to process refunds, verify entitlements, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate service records.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Processing
Because we use cloud and processing providers to operate our Services, user-provided content and technical information may be processed on servers located in different countries or regions.
By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed in countries or regions outside your country of residence, subject to applicable laws and safeguards.
