1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our AI services ("Services"), including but not limited to:

• Text/Image/Video Generation Tools
• Face-Swapping & Media Manipulation
• AI-Powered Content Creation,

You agree to this binding Agreement. If representing an entity, you warrant authority to bind such entity.

2. Prohibited Activities

You MUST NOT:

• Generate illegal content including non-consensual intimate imagery or child exploitation material
• Impersonate individuals without documented consent for face-swapping
• Exploit security vulnerabilities or bypass content filters
• Use outputs for medical, legal, or critical decision-making

Violations will result in immediate termination and regulatory reporting.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Content Ownership:

• Your Inputs: You retain ownership
• AI-Generated Outputs: Conditional user ownership*
• Platform Technology: 100 Years Later Limited exclusive property

*Output ownership requires:

1. Compliance with Section 2
2. No third-party IP infringement

4. AI-Specific Disclaimers

• Outputs may contain artifacts, biases, or inaccuracies
• Face-swapping results must be labeled "AI-Generated" per FTC/EU guidelines
• Biometric Consent Requirement: "I possess written consent from all individuals whose biometric data is processed"

5. Data Processing Terms

• Biometric data deleted within 72 hours
• GDPR/UK users may disable data usage for training via account settings
• AES-256 encryption and annual security audits implemented

6. Jurisdictional Restrictions

Face-swapping unavailable in:

• Illinois (BIPA)
• Texas (Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act)
• Other regions prohibiting biometric processing without consent

Minimum age: 16 years (EEA/UK), 13 years (other regions)

7. Termination

We may immediately suspend accounts for:

• Non-consensual deepfakes
• Abusive API usage (>500 calls/minute)
• Regulatory investigations

8. Governing Law

• Primary Jurisdiction: Laws of England and Wales
• EU Users: May pursue claims in local courts
• APAC Users: Singapore International Arbitration Centre
